I'm a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead based in Bengaluru, India, with 10+ years of experience spanning startups and enterprise environments. I currently lead AI Platform engineering at BetaNXT, where I own an LLM-powered enterprise platform end-to-end — architecture, RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and production deployment.

I spend 70–80% of my time hands-on, by choice. I care a lot about precision and honesty — I'd rather say "exposure, not deep" about a skill than inflate it. What interests me is the intersection of AI capability and production reality: not the hype, the actual hard part of making AI systems trustworthy and useful inside real businesses.

Outside my day job, I publish open-source developer tools focused on AI-native engineering safety, and I'm building a public presence around AI engineering, dev tooling, and the AI job market.
